B3i is fully committed to ensuring business continuity during these unprecedented times

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to escalate around the world, we wanted to assure you that the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners are our primary concerns, and that we are fully committed to ensuring business continuity to best support our stakeholders during these unprecedented times.

As an agile technology company, B3i has been able to rapidly adapt to a challenging environment. We instituted a voluntary work from home policy on 9 March, and in response to Swiss Government advice this policy became mandatory on 13 March. Because of the importance our customers place on risk, we have implemented an Enterprise Risk Management framework which serves us well as we manage this time of heightened uncertainty. We remain fully operational and are committed to maintaining our high service levels. We have acted swiftly and proactively to ensure that the B3i team has the support it requires to remain focused on you and your needs, and continue to deliver our product roadmap and customer projects.

The last few weeks have shown the importance of digitalisation, which has played a vital role in supporting our community and guaranteeing business continuity. At B3i we work to offer solutions to enable the insurance industry to become more efficient, resilient and help society manage a dynamic risk landscape.

For our Cat XoL customers, we have ensured that you can carry on with your activities conveniently and securely, and we have some new and exciting releases in the pipeline which will be announced over the next few months, so please stay tuned.

Meanwhile, should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via your existing personal B3i contact, or

On behalf of the B3i team I would like to wish you and your family good health. I hope you stay inspired and energised during the weeks and months to come and thank you for your continued trust in us.

Please take care, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Kind regards,

John Carolin
