What we do
b3i Intelligence publishes independent rankings of the best accountants, solicitors, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, marketing agencies, IT support providers, management consultants, HR and recruitment firms, insurance brokers, SEO agencies, digital marketing agencies, and web design agencies across 20 locations in East Anglia.
Every ranking is produced through our own research methodology — combining verified professional accreditations, sector depth, client reputation signals, and independent editorial assessment. We never sell ranking positions, and no firm can pay to move up a list. Firms earn their rankings by being genuinely good at what they do. Any sponsored placement is clearly labelled as such and never affects where a firm ranks.

Who we cover
Our rankings cover 12 professional services categories across 20 towns and cities in East Anglia — including Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex. That means over 3,000 individual ranked entries, each researched and written independently.
We cover major commercial centres including Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, and Peterborough, as well as important regional markets such as Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn, and more.
Community ratings
Alongside our editorial rankings, b3i also collects anonymous community ratings from business owners and individuals who have used professional services firms in the region. These ratings are collected through our platform and supplement — but never override — our independent assessment.
Community ratings are rate-limited (one per firm per user per day) and are displayed alongside the firm's rank position and description.
