3. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to ensure that firm information, rankings, and editorial content on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content. Professional services firm details — including contact information, accreditations, and service descriptions — may change without notice. Always verify firm details directly with the firm before engaging their services.

4. Community ratings

The Platform allows users to submit star ratings for professional services firms. By submitting a rating, you agree that:

7. Membership and paid features

Some features of the Platform — including full website links, enhanced firm profiles, and priority listing placement — are available only to member firms. Membership is subject to separate terms agreed at the time of purchase. Free listings do not include outbound links to firm websites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, b3i Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on our rankings, or engagement with any firm listed on the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Platform to:
